The Publishr Rewards Program ("Program") was created to show appreciation for our loyal customers. By joining the Program or continuing to use any of its benefits, you accept the following terms and conditions and all future terms as Program Member. Publishr.cloud reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
MEMBERSHIP
The Program is open to all Publishr.cloudcustomers. You must be fourteen years of age or older to join. There is no fee to join or continue membership in the Program. You must have an active Publishr.cloud account and join the Program to be eligible for benefits. You are only permitted one membership. Membership is not transferable. Benefits cannot be combined with those accrued by another Member. Publishr.cloud reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept, deny, suspend, or discontinue membership for any customer, and its decision is final. You may cancel your membership at any time from the Publishr Rewards tab in your Publishr.cloudaccount.
ACHIEVING AND MAINTAINING STATUS
Once you join the Program, eligible purchases from the Publishr.cloud store accrue toward your Qualifying Spend. Eligible purchases do not include purchases made prior to joining the Program or the purchase of gift cards. Other exclusions may apply, including specific coupons, sales, or promotions, at the discretion of Publishr.cloud.
Qualifying Spend is based on eligible purchases and shall be calculated based on the final purchase price of books, after any applicable discounts and coupons are applied and before sales tax and shipping and handling (if applicable) are added, less your returns.
To achieve a membership level, you must meet the Qualifying Spend for that level in any rolling twelve-month period. When you achieve a membership level, we will notify you via your registered account email. You are eligible for benefits immediately after reaching the Qualifying Spend threshold for a membership level and do not need to wait to receive your notification. Your new benefits will be applied to your next purchase.
To maintain a membership level, you must continue to meet the Qualifying Spend for that level in a rolling twelve-month period. You can increase your level by accruing the Qualifying Spend for the next level.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
As a Silver Level Member or higher, you will automatically receive discounts on eligible purchases. The discount is not available on prior purchases or gift cards and shall be calculated before sales tax and shipping and handling (if applicable) are added; other exclusions may apply.
As a Gold Level Member or higher, you will automatically receive free media mail shipping (estimated 7-21 days for delivery) for all purchases, for delivery within the continental US.
From time to time, Publishr.cloud may make Special Program Offers available to one or more membership level. Special Program Offers are not transferable. Each Special Program Offer is subject to the additional Terms and Conditions accompanying that Special Program Offer. Additional restrictions may apply. Special Program Offers may be revoked at any time in our sole discretion.
Benefits will not be applied retroactively to any purchases. Benefits may or may not be combined with other coupons, sales, or promotions at the discretion of Publishr.cloud. Other exclusions may apply.
Publishr.cloud is not responsible for benefits that are not received as a result of failure to maintain accurate personal information with us, failure to sign in to your account prior to purchase, or signing in to the incorrect account.
MEMBER PRIVACY
As a Member of the Program, we may ask you for additional information to help us provide a more personalized shopping experience and personalized discounts when you shop at our webstore. Any use of such personal information provided to the Program will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
Members who join the Program agree to receive Program-specific marketing, as well as other promotional emails and marketing materials from Publishr.cloud. We will also communicate with you via email regarding your Program status and transactions. In order to receive the full benefit of each membership level, you must remain opted-in to our general marketing and our Program-specific marketing communications via email at all times.
To stop receiving promotional emails from Publishr.cloud, you may use the unsubscribe option in any such email. By unsubscribing, you are only opting-out of marketing communications; we will still communicate with you regarding your Program status and transactions and your other transactions with us.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned, or traded. Doing so will void the membership. Benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. The Member agrees that the Program and any benefits related thereto do not create any property rights whatsoever in favor of the Member.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied to give Publishr.cloud maximum control of the administration of the Program. All decisions by Publishr.cloud are final and binding.
Publishr.cloud reserves the right to change or modify the Program, its benefits, or this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion and without any further obligation to our Members. Updates shall be effective on the date they are posted on our website, and you agree that such posting constitutes a valid and effective notification method and no further notice methods are required; continued use of your membership after such date constitutes acceptance of all such changes. We may also, as a courtesy only, send updates via email; doing so does not create any obligation on our part to do so again in the future. If you disagree with any changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your membership in the Program.
Publishr.cloud may terminate this Program or limit participation, either in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, at any time without notice. If the Program is terminated or modified, all accrued Rewards or Offers in any affected account(s) will be available for use through their individual expiration dates, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and their individual terms.
Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES AND INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
