Your use and/or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these Conditions. Biztegra partners LLC may at its discretion deny service to you at any time in the event you do not adhere to the Conditions.

ORDER FULFILLMENT/PRODUCT DELIVERY

All orders containing eBook or audiobook files are delivered immediately upon purchase and can be downloaded from your account on this site. All paperback orders are shipped within one (1) business day of placement via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). If a product is purchased before the release date, the product will be delivered or shipped on the release date. RETURN/NO REFUND POLICY

You acknowledge that Biztegra Partners LLC will not provide refunds. Biztegra Partners LLC will replace damaged content with either an undamaged file of the work or a work of equal value. You must request replacement of damaged files within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. Requests must be made via the customer service e-mail demo@publishr.cloud
